All our Prices Are GST Inclusive and subject to change without any notice. Comland Australia Pty Ltd reserve the right to reject a sale of any product was accidentally and wrongly priced. Comland Australia Pty Ltd attempts to be as accurate as possible with the products descriptions. However, Comland Australia does not warrant that products descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, Therefore Comland Australia doesn't hesitate to refund to costumer for the only product with Accidental misleading information if already had paid for.
Products Quantity and availability
Comland Aust. Pty Ltd shopping-online with more than 5 other sale outlets we do not guarantee the products you have ordered are in stock even you have had submitted the order. But we will inform you as soon as possible with the situation and a refund would be applicable if it was paid for or with your agreement we might place it as a backorder.
Limited Warranty & Conditions for Retail Customers.
The majority of products sold at Comland Australia if found defective need to be returned to our shop in Victoria , please contact us if you are uncertain of this procedure before retuning your goods. If the products you have purchased are covered by a local manufacturers warranty you will have to contact them and deal with them. (See Manufacturer Details)
* Claims for warranty will be recognized only when accompanied with a copy of the original invoice dated with no more than 90 Days.
* Freight and any other cost of goods returned for warranty will be at the customer expenses.
* All faulty goods must have a full fault description.
* We will charge $20 testing fee if Goods are tested and no fault was found or fault had accrued because of improper use.
* Warranty does not cover loss of income, damage to other equipment or any payment to third party.
* There is no warranty, for consumable items, e.g.: ink cartridges, CD media and DVD media or similar products.
* Any damage due to shipping without proper packing when returning product is not covered by warranty. Customers must make sure fragile items are well packaged and marked on the outside with the word "FRAGILE" on all sides.
Refund and Conditions
We are not obligated under any state law to give you a refund for functioning goods, simply because you changed your mind. Or just wanted to try it.

However, refund can happen in some cases, Comland Australia will try it's best to keep it's costumers happy.
Before any refund claim looked after, some conditions apply.
* Products must be returned in sold condition. This includes packaging and documentation etc.
* Products must be returned within 7 days of purchase to COMLAND outlets or COMLAND on-line shopping.
* Claims for refund will be recognized only when accompanied with receipt dated with no more than 7 Days.
* Any refund payment to be applicable must be made and sign by the sale department at the above address.
Delivery
* Any delivery time quoted By Comland Aust. Pty Ltd is only an estimation, and shall not be liable for failure to deliver or for delay in delivery arising from any unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
Comland Aust. Pty Ltd shall not be liable for products which are damaged, lost or delayed in the process of delivery.
* Comland Aust. Pty Ltd will not be liable for any costs, claims, damages, back charges or demands arising from none or delay in delivery of products or provision of services.
* The buyer is to make sure he is available at the nominated delivery address otherwise he maybe required to pick it up from the delivery company depot or arrange with the delivery company another delivery date.
Payments
All Payments has to be cleared before delivery, Exception for: Government organizations, Schools, Hospitals or any similar structure.
Comland Australia excepts many payments methods:
1- Cash on Pickup.
2- Cheque or Money Order.
3- Phone in your Credit Card (1.5% Surcharge applies).
4- Internet Transfer or Direct Deposit into our Bank Account. |
