How to make an order in general?

How to make an order Online?

From anywhere in Australia you can shop Online from us, it is safe and easy, just click onto [My Account] and follow the steps to open a free membership account, (and If you need any assistance during this process please contact us).

Note: after you login, and add your products to your busket then logout without submitting the order, all the products you added to your basket will still be there, so you can always add the products to your shopping cart today and submit or change your order when you login back anytime in the future.

Do I need a membership account?

Yes, if you want to order online via our website, membership account is free, so when you purchase online from us your information and your order details will be automatically emailed to our sales team,

Other benefits are to store your information so only you can access it when using your password, sush as these information listed below, as you may need to change or update:

1- Unfinished last time shopping.

2- Delivery addresses.

3- Shipping addresses.

4- All orders History and status

What payments options are available?

Payments options are:

1- Bank Deposit or Fund transfer to:

2- Make a Cheque or Money Order and post it to our address.

3- PayPal (you will need to call us after submitting the order then we will send you an email via Paypal requesting the payment, it's eazy, just follow the steps).

 

Do you accept orders from outside Australia ?

Yes but, you need to contact us to arrange shipment & payment methods. .

How do you deliver the orders to Customers?

During the process and while you are purchasing online you will be asked to choose between 2 options of delivery: express or regular.

 

1- For Express delivery we use Australia post express parcel for small orders or Fastway Courier Company for big orders and it's usually gets delivered on the same day or second day but in some cases it may take more days, depend on your post code, with this option a delivery tracking number would be available.

2- For regular delivery we use Australia post regular parcel for small orders or regular Courier Company for big orders and it's usually takes 3-5 days, with this option a delivery tracking number would be available only for big orders.

Note: The tracking number will not be activated before 4 to 12 hours after dispatching order(s) from the warehouse.

Where can I find my order delivery tracking number?

First login to our website then click this option “View the orders I have made” to see all your orders history include the tracking numbers.

Note 1: The tracking number is only available for big orders or when you use the express delivery option.

Note 2: The tracking number will not be activated before 4 to 12 hours after dispatching order(s) from the warehouse.

How can I track my order?

To track your order with the Australia express post, get your tracking number ready and call Australia post on 131318.

To track your order with the courier company, have your tracking or label number ready and check it up on the delivery company website
